Intake Appointment – 80 minutes | $300
Settling in, connecting, setting goals, and getting started. (If you’d prefer, we can meet for 50-minutes at $200.)
Recurring 50-Minute Appointment | $200
Grounding, doing the work, synthesizing at close.
Recurring 80-Minute Appointment | $300
For those who need more time to ground or to be in the work.
Therapy Intensives for Individuals | $1,800 per 6-hour day, plus applicable expenses
Odd schedule? Frequently traveling for work? Looking for a more immersive therapeutic experience? Therapy intensives offer the opportunity to move at a deeper, more focused pace than traditional weekly therapy. We can meet for one to three consecutive 6-hour days, either in Washington, DC, or I can travel to you in Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, or Virginia.
Step 1: Consultation to determine whether an intensive is the right fit.
Step 2: One to three online preparation sessions to clarify your goals, build our therapeutic relationship, and prepare for the intensive.
Step 3: Your therapy intensive.
Therapy intensives create space to stay with important emotional processes as they naturally unfold, rather than stopping because the session time is over.
